LeBoeuf Little League

The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. The meeting was called to order at 8:12pm, by President, Garry Sargent.

ATTENDANCE: Garry Sargent, Trevor Donnell, Ed Vorpagel, Dan Daum, Mark Lockhart, Melissa Kingen, Heather Johnston, Michael Thiemann, Bob Young

SECRETARY: The minutes were read by Colleen Strain, corrections made and Mark Lockhart motioned to accept, seconded by Ed Vorpagel.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Report was read by Garry Sargent and approved by Dan Daum and seconded by Mike Thiemann. See attached report.

SPECIAL PROJECTS: No new updates.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: No new updates.

SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: No new updates

BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: Garry sent out an email regarding an indoor baseball league beginning at Family First for 8-12 year olds.

CHALLENGER DIVISION COMMISSIONER: No new updates

UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: No new updates

TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: No new updates.

SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No new updates

UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: No new updates

EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONER: No new updates.

FIELD MAINTENANCE: Team Turf has agreed to treat the grass at the fields. Garry will take Team Turf to the fields to look them over. It was agreed that Team Turf will get free advertising by LLL, in the way of field signs.

INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: No new updates.

OLD BUSINESS: No new updates.

NEW BUSINESS: Sign ups for the 2011 Season will be held February 19, 22 and 25. The Nominations for 2011 Board Members were accepted and voted into office; motion was made by Trevor Donnell and seconded by Mike Thiemann.

ADJOURNMENT: A motions was made by Heather Johnston and seconded by Dan Daum to adjourn the meeting at 8:49pm.
