LeBoeuf Little League

The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. The meeting was called to order at 8:15pm, by President, Garry Sargent.

ATTENDANCE: Ed Vorpagel, Trevor Donnell, Garry Sargent, Melissa Kingen, Mark Rose, Colleen Strain

SECRETARY: The minutes were read by Colleen Strain, corrections made and Trevor Donnell motioned to accept, seconded by Melissa Kingen.

TREASURER’S REPORT: No report available due to Darlene Haibach’s absence.

SPECIAL PROJECTS: No new updates.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: No new updates.

SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: Open gym dates set for 2011. 6 dates set for pitching clinics, which will be run by the high school coaches and pitchers. High school softball coach is looking to have another clinic in the spring. LLL hoping to field a Sr. Girls’ team for the 2011 season.

BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: March 20, 2011, will be the District Coaches’ Clinic at Iroquois Middle School. Composite bats are being outlawed immediately at the 13 and 14 year old level and above.

CHALLENGER DIVISION COMMISSIONER: No new updates

UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: Family First is looking for umpires for early 2011 indoor tournaments.

TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: New rules will include mandatory play time-to be discussed at future meetings.

SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No new updates

UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: "Arena" is possibly out of business, we may have to bid out uniform work.

EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONER: No new updates.

FIELD MAINTENANCE: No new updates.

INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: No new updates.

OLD BUSINESS: No new updates.

NEW BUSINESS: No new updates.
