Mike Hering wanted to know if the tax-exempt status could be taken care of as soon as possible and Garry Sargent suggested we find out the tax-exempt status before Thanksgiving. Mark Rose completed the updates to the bylaws.

OLD BUSINESS: Randy Showman has agreed to $9000 for his work of cutting base path ledges back, stripping the silt, raising Field 2 and dumping gravel all at the Complex. He will try to begin the week of November 12, weather pending. The D.E.P. needs to know about any of the digging to be done at the Complex; a suggestion was made to check with Rod Smith, who had been in contact with Tim Hoff about this in the past. Brian Mitchell said the D.E.P. states we can hand-mow, but not use motorized vehicles. Also, a weed whacker can be used to trim the growing brush. We are NOT allowed to use any weed spray in the ditches. 2 tri-axle loads of pond silt have been delivered to all three fields at Summit, but needs raked, per Jeff Kuzma. Brian Mitchell stated the tractor fluids should be replenished in the spring per Pennocks.
