LeBoeuf Little League

The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. The meeting was called to order at 7:11pm, by President, Garry Sargent.
ATTENDANCE: Trevor Donnell, Ed Vorpagel, Steve Lesik, Tammy Cass, Dave Shields, Brian Webster, Jim Kupniewski, Rick Dauson, Kip Miller, Jason Carniewski, Mike Vogt, Val Rose, Darlene Haibach, Mike Rose, Garry Sargent, Mark Rose, Mark McNerney, Carl Wolfram, Colleen Strain
SECRETARY: The minutes were read by Colleen Strain, corrections made and Mark Rose motioned to accept, seconded by Dave Shields.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Report was read by Darlene Haibach and approved by Mark McNerney and seconded by Jim Kupniewski. See attached report.
SPECIAL PROJECTS: Darlene reported there is still outstanding candy money.
PUBLIC RELATIONS: No new updates.
SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: No new updates
BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: Mark Rose stated he received a call for a late sign up on June 5, but unfortunately it was too late.
CHALLENGER DIVISION COMMISSIONER: No new updates
UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: Another reminder was made to please call your umpires first, if your game is cancelled.
TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: Several upcoming tournaments, Garry is sending out info as he receives it.
SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No new updates
UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: No new updates
EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONER: Garry will send out an email to find out who picked up a tee-ball tee on April 6, 2010, at the Erie Sport Store as only Mark Rose, Ed Vorpagel and Garry Sargent have approval to pick up merchandise under the LeBoeuf Little League Account
FIELD MAINTENANCE: Dirt at the Complex needs dumped by the end of June. Ed Vorpagel will have 2 triaxle loads of dirt delivered to the Complex Fields from S&S Processing
INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: Rosters were sent June 6, 2010.
OLD BUSINESS: The portable toilet at Robison will be moved to the Complex ASAP and the one at McCall’s will be removed June 30.
NEW BUSINESS: Garry has requested the LLL sponsor a Union City Golf Tournament, for $50-motion was made to accept by Carl Wolfram and Jason Carniewski. Request also made to donate $50 to the City/County All Star Game-motion was made to accept by Kip Miller and seconded by Dave Shields. Darlene suggested LLL send a $50 donation to the Kanzius Foundation in memory of Casmir Malinowski; motion was made to accept by Mike Rose and seconded by Brain Webster.

ADJOURNMENT: A motions was made by Ed Vorpagel and seconded by Trevor Donnell to adjourn the meeting at 7:45pm.
