The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. The Meeting was called to order at 7:17 pm.

ATTENDANCE: Forgot to pass sheet around for names.

SECRETARY: Minutes were read and approved by Paul Peters and seconded by Mike Falk.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Enclosed

SPECIAL PROJECTS: Jeff was not present, will review new registration form next month.

PICTURE COMMISSIONER: May 7, 2005. Pick up day June 11 which is Garry's tournament weekend. Will do the extra $1.00 for fund raiser.

SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: A few girls are throwing at the Braendel Building/Mitchell Hardwood Building on Saturdays or Thursdays. Indoor softball will start mid-February. Dates will be given out at Sign-ups.

BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: No report.

UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: Jim will try to recruit at sign-ups, try to get dad's and son's involved, invite them to open gym to watch a video.

TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: No report. Garry's tournament will be the weekend of June 11, 2005.

SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No report.

UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: No report.

FIELD MAINTENANCE: Earl was paid for the work done on the summit fields. The fields will need a little work due to the vandalism. The boro will help get the park field ready. Mill Village in good shape. Complex in good shape.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Rich will go through trailer at Western Auto and clean it out.

INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: Once sign-ups are done, Joe will send a check for $1,000.00 to Little League for the down payment.

OLD BUSINESS: Zac Kline clinic is a NO. Still need to look into a 2 man auger. Rod did look into cement. Need to decide what fields were are keeping. Once sign-ups are done need to address the MOWER issue.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. For March's meeting there will be a mandatory coaches meeting, DON'T SHOW, DON'T COACH.

2. W.E.C.C.INC donated $500.00, this will cover the vandalism to the Summit fields. (donation must be used

in Summit).

3. At February's meeting will go over; Sign-up Form, Candy Bars, Coupon Books and 2005 Policy Form.

4. Sign up Dates for all 3 locations (Firehall, MV Boro Bldg and Summit Township Bldg)

5. A poster will be made to have at sign-ups to show how the league has used funds throughout the year: 5 new fields, uniforms, equipment and field maintenance.
