LeBoeuf Little League

The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building.

President Garry Sargent called the meeting to order at 8:05 pm.

Attendance: Trevor Donnell, Tammy Cass, Ed Vorpagel, Dan, Steve Lesik, Garry Sargent, Darlene Haibach, Melissa Kingen, Andy Dinsmore

Secretary: The minutes where read Ed Vorpagel motioned to accept 2^nd by Trevor Donnell

Treasure’s Report: Repot was read by Darlene Haibach and approved by Ed Vorpagel 2^nd by Melissa Kingen. See attached report.

Special Projects: Sign up forms where delivered to the schools this week and should be sent home with the children. Sign ups are scheduled for Feb. 19, 9-12 am. Feb. 22, 6-8 pm. And Feb. 25, 6-9 pm. At Mill Village Boro Building, Stancliff Fire Hall and Summit Township Building. There will not be sign ups in summit on the 22^nd due to Township meeting. Candy bar distribution will be Tuesday Feb. 15 at 3:00 pm at Al’s Appliance

Public Relations: Website to be updated with open gym times.

Softball Commissioner: Open gym times have been set and schedules will be sent out

Baseball Commissioner: Open gym times have been set and schedules will be sent out

Umpire Commissioner: No new updates

Tournament Commissioner: No new updates

Scheduling Commissioner: No new updates

Uniform Commissioner: Decision will be made at the March meeting as to whom we will use for a uniform supplier.

Equipment Commissioner: "pop-up" nets to be ordered this week.

Field Maintenance: No new updates

Insurance Commissioner: No new updates.

Old Business: No old business

New Business: District meeting Sunday 3:00 at the Harborcreek Twp. Building. ASAP plan is being finalized and will be submitted this month.
