LeBoeuf Little Leage

The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. The Meeting was called to order at 7:18 pm by Garry Sargent.
ATTENDANCE: Steph Mitchell, Stacey Mulson, Darlene Haibach, Jeff Kuzma, Mike Hering, Harold Haibach, Doug Brace, Brian Wilson, Jim Dylewski, Jeff Yost, Earl Cameron, Bill Lavery, Rich Goodenow, Joe Welch, Jeff Jones, Greg Roberts, Frank Conti, Matt Stebik, Mike Falk, Stuart Carr, Kevin Litz.
SECRETARY:Minutes were read and approved by Rich Goodenow and seconded by Brian Wilson.
TREASURER'S REPORT: Enclosed.
SPECIAL PROJECTS: Jeff Jones handed out sign-up packets for Mill Village, Robison and Waterford. Sign-up information was given to all schools. Paul would like to hand out stromboli information at picture day since all teams/coaches would be present and money then could be turned in during Garry's June 11 tournament weekend.
PICTURE COMMISSIONER: May 7, 2005, location has been changed from the High School to Waterford Elementary.
SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: In-door softball clinic information was handed out to all schools. Dates/times currently reflect the Waterford and Mill Village gym. Once info is received for Robison the schools will have hand outs avilable.
BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: Working on in-door gym clinics. Once information is availabe hand outs will be distributed to all schools.
PUBLIC RELATIONS: Pitch/Hit/Run is scheduled for April 21. Website hits have tripled. Matt suggested that minutes be posted on website. Steph will make sure Garry receives info for the site.
UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: Jim has umpire registration forms for those interested. League will supply Jim with umping booklets. He would really like to get 30 umps for this years season. Buying of the booklets was approved by Jeff Jones and seconded by Rich Goodenow. Discuss equipment once sign-ups are complete.
TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: Garry has tournament scheduled for June 11, 2005, with 14 teams involved.
SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No report.
UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: Discussed getting bids on the shirts/hats.
FIELD MAINTENANCE: Waiting for the snow to melt!
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Paid bill from J & S for homeplates.
INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: After sign-ups we will make payment for total policy.
OLD BUSINESS:Will decide on which fields to keep at next months meeting once we know how many teams will be involved for this season. There will be a mandatory coaches meeting in March, don't attend, don't coach.
NEW BUSINESS: Mike Hering made up posters to display at sign-ups. Family Fun Day is scheduled for July 2, 2005 at the park. We are hoping that parents organize the event this year. Will discuss a mower once sign-ups are done.
