The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. Rod Smith called the Meeting to order at 7:20 pm.

ATTENDANCE: Kevin Litz, Stacey Mulson, Darlene Haibach, Steph Mitchell, Rod Smith, Garry Sargent, Mark Rose, Mike Falk, Pat Herr, Jeff Yost, Brian Mitchell, Frank Conti and Jeff Jones, Rich Goodenow.

SECRETARY: Minutes were read and approved by Mark Rose and seconded by Mike Falk.

SPECIAL PROJECTS: No report.

PICTURE COMMISSIONER: Picture day May 6, 2006.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: T-shirt / Sweatshirt sales going well. Web site doing well.

SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: Kevin took Frost team to Franklin and took 1^st place. Brian and Jeff took a team to Franklin. They played 3 and lost 3, good experience for the kids.

BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: 9/10-year-old boys took 3^rd in Districts. Took 4^th at NE Tournament. The 9 yr old team won 1 at North East. 11-year-old team took Districts for the first time. 12-year-old team took 2^nd at Districts, 6^th at Dunkirk and 3^rd at the Mayors Cup. Mike and Frank want to do Fall Ball.

UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: No report.

TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: No Report.

SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No report.

UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: No report.

FIELD MAINTENANCE: Bill Shaff from BSI will be putting fill around fields 4/5 of complex and some above field 3. There is no digging to be done on fields 3 and 4. No trucking charge to the league. Tim Haff gave permission to dig around field 5 to get the spring moved in the fall. A new door will be put in at Summit upper level. Jeff Kuzma has key to pitching machine room if anyone is looking for it. We are missing a bucket of balls for the pitching machine.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Probably looking at a bill from J & S for around $5,640.00.

INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: No Report.

OLD BUSINESS: Western Auto Field: leave the backstop, and dugouts. Remove sideline fences, concession bldg, pipes, out house, and pitching machine area. Will contact Doug Brace for a dumpster. Work to be done September 11, 2005, start time 1pm. Brian Shields filed: remove everything. Still working on a few bad check issues; Kevin has 1, Stuart has 2, Garry has 1.

**Tom Roberts asked the league to vote on sites for districts to keep/change of where play is currently taking place. Would like to see girls district play moved to the Complex for next year if possible.

**League will soon receive letter regarding ownership of the complex fields. Once letter is received will try to organize key members of the old Waterford Recreation Association, The Waterford Township and LeBoeuf Little League to get land organized for future use. (Tim Haff, Garry Sargent, Bill Brace, Darlene Haibach, Gary Waite, Troy Smith, Rod Smith, to name a few)

**Motion was made to reimburse Frank/Mike for umpires for the NE Tournament due to miscommunication. All in favor.

**Nominations for officers will be made in September. Special attention to Uniform, Special Projects and Equipment Commissioners needs to be addressed.

**A motion was made by Mark Rose and seconded by Jeff Jones to allow $300.00 for the pipe/stone to move the spring water on field #5. All in favor.

**FALL FIELD DAY: SEPTEMBER 11, AT 1 PM.
